      image Worst chase bank, Slow Service is and not welcome to new customers. Can you believe it?
      Even if you have appointment nobody is not available to answering basic questions, try other branches and do not waste your time in this location.

      image Olivia the branch manager interrupted me on multiple occasions in person and blatantly told me she would continue to. She initially stated that based on my long history with the bank she could advocate for me on my behalf to help keep my account open. She then backtracked and used to semantics to reneg. I filed a BBB complaint to formally seek this resolution.
