My goodness I can't say enough about my experience here. Everyone was so helpful and attentive especially Ms Ashley. Outstanding customer service and beautiful property. Wishing that everything was as easy as moving here.

A few days in and Hidden hills already feels like home! Great experience from the showroom tour to getting the keys to our new place and this is all thanks to ASHLEY ! Ashley was very helpful, exited , and quick to answer any question we had ! She also made it very easy step by step to get in so smoothly! We are so exited and thank you Hidden hills.

I am someone who as lived here since i was 6 years old, and as of right now, i have some complaints, for anyone that plans on living here, some things to have in mind is that 1. Place is overrun by a bunch of delinquents, shouting obscenities and leaving trash at times, they constantly hop the fence to enter the pool area, play loud music and can be a nuisance for those around. (Almost all of them dont live here and are trespassing) 2. Closet doors in apartments are terrible, i dont know if this is different with newer designed apartments for lease. Mine constantly fall, and the repairs on them are poorly done 3. Poor security in the pool area, people hop the fence all the time. Apparently there used to be someone that monitored for any trespasser's, but thats not the case anymore. 4. Jacuzzi automatic lights upon it being dark are nonfunctional, kind of annoying as i am someone that enjoys relaxing in the jacuzzi, but it gets pitch dark as the lighting isnt that great. 5. Occasional odor of marijuana, while im pretty sure this problem gets addressed for the most part, i still seem to have to smell the odor of it sometimes (not so often but still) While all these things are cons, i still enjoy living here for the most part, however i wish these issued would be addressed.

On My first night at the apartment I ve just leased I realized the heater unit was broken. It produced too loud noises that I could not sleep, and it did not produce any heat. I got cold, got sick and could not work for several days. Next day I came to the office and I said I did not want to live there. According to their 30 days satisfaction guarantee (at least how I was explained during the tour) I could just drop the Keys and leave, and they would issue me a refund for the month (for the days that I have not stayed at the unit). But that day at the office i was told that I had to give them 30 days notice. So I was still responsible for the full month of rent. I've been sending emails to their customer relationships department explaining the situation and asking for a full refund. They deny any responsibility for wrongful explanation on how 30 days satisfaction guarantee worked, for their negligence of moving me into unit with a broken heater. Almost 2 weeks after the incident the heating system still does not work.
