Needed new nose buds, as one broke off a few days ago. Was trying to tough it out until we got back home next week, but at the request of my wife, I searched for the nearest optician. (Were driving back to Vancouver, BC). At South Coast Eye Care in Laguna Hills, I was introduced to Kelly, and in a matter of minutes she remedied the issue, and would not accept any payment or gratuity. Thank you, Kelly, you saved the day!

I went here to establish care for my glaucoma December 2023 since I moved round the area. Before being seen, one of the opticians saw me first and measured my eye pressure and tested my vision. I didnt think of this as something unusual. What was unusual was I was provided a letter, which looks like a glasses .prescription. I was then seen by the opthalmologist. Yesterday, I went to an optician to have my eyes checked for my annual. I then found out that my benefit for an annual check up had been used at South Care without my consent. The optician that saw me counted as my annual vision check up. I ended up using the prescription they provided me, but how can I trust them if they tricked me into using the services that I didnt need at that time? I would not recommend this place at all.

Dr Patel may have saved my life for seeing something. She sent me immediately upstairs to the retinal docs who game me a very thorough exam.

Dr Henrik was great. Straight and to the point. I thank him for that. Staff is really polite and welcoming - the wait was a little too long but they were able to fit me in right away, so I can't complain. Clean facilities and not expensive. Highly recommended!
