Dr. Doucet and her team are awesome She listens to the issues I'm experiencing, discusses possible causes, and treatment options. Having a doctor that listens and answers my questions is a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Dr. Doucet had treated my allergies for about 3 years. In the past I had always had a great experience but in the end my experience had been quite negative. In December 2022 I had been seen for an allergy test and at that time I had used up my allergy vials and needed more. On my visit I had paid for more vials to be made and it had taken 2 weeks for the vials to be made which wasn't normal. Normally they were able to get them to me in a couple of days. Then I had found out they had over charged me for the vials of which I paid for with my FSA. Because I was overcharged my FSA wants a reimbursment for the difference that was overcharged. I have contacted Dr. Doucet's office numerous times for a refund and I'm always told that someone will contact me or my call is routed to the billing personnel. Well, no one has ever called me back and the billing personnel never answers the phone or returns my messages. Now my FSA has been suspended because of this transaction. Dr. Doucet's office does not offer the personal care it has in the past.

This woman almost took my vision and poisoned my brain by injecting steroids into my turbinates. Misdiagnosed me with allergies, read my cat scan wrong. Cost me a huge part of my life.
