Flooring & Carpet City

So sad to see that this company has such poor manners. The "manager" who I soon found out was the owner, would not take 5 minutes to discuss something on the phone with me. I was told they were "too busy and have too much business" to help me or to even talk to me to help find a solution to my issue, even though it would not benefit him. If you're looking at using them for your flooring project, rethink it. Since they're so busy, I'm sure they wouldn't mind sharing business with other neighboring companies. Lack of manners and poor phone skills gets 5 stars though. They're good in that department.

We had Basam come and quote our downstairs wood flooring and upstairs carpet and he gave us a very fair price. He then scheduled two separate days for the flooring installation. Both sets of workers showed up on time, finished on time and did excellent work. We would not hesitate to use Carpet City again!

I went to Home Depot to look at carpet. I couldn't believe how expensive they were. I decided to go to a local place instead and I'm so glad I did. I ended up getting much better carpet for half the price at carpet city. The owners are so nice and helpful. They installed it on the day we wanted and made carpet shopping so easy. Don't go to those big chain stores, support local. You will get a much better deal and they actually care Love the new carpet in my house. It is so soft and I get so many compliments

I went around to a couple of carpet places, but none of sales people treated me well until I came to Carpet City! I was treated with respect and kindness. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase! I would absolutely buy from them again and again! Thank you Carpet City for your professionalism and for my beautiful carpet!

My husband and I just finished having wood extended from our family room into our kitchen.  This job was incredibly difficult as not only did we have tile in the kitchen but the tile was situated in a circle that sat flush against the wood in the family room.  Carpet City did an amazing job removing the tile but to add insult to injury the flooring we used previously changed size down 1/16 of an inch.  So,  the Carpet City installers Edgar and Axel had to remove some of our old wood and blend in the new wood at the previous circle to make it all blend.Wow is all we can say.  The job is perfection.  Bassem is the owner of Carpet City and is the kind of businessman we all wish existed everywhere.  He is honest, fair and genuinely a great guy.This is our sixth job with Carpet City and won't be our last. Thank you Bassem, Debbie, Edgar and Axel for all your hard work.Karen and Malcolm
