referred to this shop from a friend. Dropped off my truck early morning for an alignment because I just had new tires mounted and the truck pulled hard right. All they did was move my truck over 2 parking spots and charged my card 163 bucks. what kind of lazy a$$ crooked shop is this?? truck was exactly how i dropped it off in the morning. they didnt provide me an alignment spec sheet for the truck which is very possible with their hunter alignment machine. I say this because I used to run one myself. First thing the machine has you do is set all tires to equal pressure. And all my tires were all over the map right where i left em. I have a digital TPMS sensors. On top of this i had painted all of my undercarriage black prior to coming to the shop. So im certain that not a single wrench or socket had touched the truck because i would have seen either rust or unpainted spots. very upsetting.

I worked with Carlos and he was great. I stopped by about getting a lift installed, new wheels, and new tires. He got everything ordered and scheduled. Even when I had a change of plan about the tires he was tentative and got it taken care of. The truck was completed on time and is exactly what I was looking for! I would gladly use 1st Chance again.
