They fixed my glasses for me and even had an eyeglasses repair kit handy for me to purchase, for some reason my screws keep falling out of one side of my sunglasses and I only went in to ask for a kit and they even said here let me fix it I greatly appreciate it they were so kind from the second I walked in, they have a showroom on site as well for prescription purchases

I don't know why it has such a low rating. When I went, I liked it, they charged me $100 for the consultation, the medicine was not that expensive and in other places it is terribly expensive.

Do not bring your child if they have learning disabilities the doctor will embarrass them in front of everyone and repeatedly throw it in their face!

Ive been coming here for almost 30 years , today was my last day as a customer. The frame quality has really gone down. Also if you are using health care I.e. medical they will tell you it will take 8weeks to receive your glass and will push you to buy a second pair of glasses so you dont have to wait. Guess what they dont take 8 weeks to get , for low income familys its a scare tactic to get them to buy glasses they dont need or can afford , when the glasses arrive in two to three weeks. And when you do get them the frames are very uncomfortable and super cheap plastic that will break very easy.Im sorry to see this place go downhill

I came to my appointment just now and I can't believe what happened.  The optometrist, Dr. Chong, walked out on my appointment.  I was checked in, the receptionist was walking me to the examiners room when he was walking out.  She told him that I was his appointment and he said that he had to leave to a dentist appointment.  I said, "But, I have an appointment." He replied, "Well, I have a tooth that needs to be taken out.". He walked away.  The receptionist was very apologetic, but I am appalled at his behavior.  My family and I have been coming here for a few years and don't understand what happened.  He was very unprofessional.  But, I must say that the receptionists were wonderful in the way they were trying to fix this situation.
