Nice enough, but a little odd. My wife an I made an appointment 01/23 to park $250,000 in a CD from a savings account. Simple transaction. He seemed confused and questioned my financial acumen. After explaining my 35 year market investment experience and current equity positions, he told me he was "suspicious" of my financial intentions? A day later he called and told me I was too confusing to him and refused our business. We contacted a Bend Edward Jones representative the next day who professionally completed this simple transaction in 30 minutes.

Gave me an hour long speech on investing when not asked for. Tried to sell me products when closing out my deceased father's account. Contacted other family members and told them to hire a lawyer, which made matters worse.
