        I entered the store and asked for help finding a plumbing fitting. The guy at the front counter directed me to twenty eight and did not offer me help. I spent 40 minutes in there. Trying to figure out what I needed and I still couldn't find it. I asked for help again and nobody came. Very poor customer service

        Don't waste your time and money here anywhere else is cheaper and friendlier they ordered in some rock for me that didn't match the color or description and then were mad because I didn't want it and acted all stupid glad I didn't pay in advance I would have been out 950.00 for trash bottom line bad customer service and even worse attitudes...never get any of my money again I should have know not to deal with them after the first five times I went in and nobody would help me to hell with them

        First, the website is terrible. I was trying to figure out what insulation they have. But the website does not say what they have in stock. Only "ship to store" or " ship to address". Fine I'll go in and see what they have. But wait, all their insulation ( which they do have) is in the warehouse. So I would have to drive thru, ask the warehouse workers to pull the insulation bundles off the top rack, and look at them. Then, get back in the truck, go inside the other building, find out prices, pay, and GO BACK OUT TO THE WAREHOUSE. Same story for all of their wood products. But I've been told "I should know what I want before..."...that's not very DIY friendly at all. Why not have a display inside that shows what's in the warehouse?? So frustrating
