I have nothing but praise for Amy Acker, NP and her professionalism while treating my daughter. My Daughter was suffering from excessive ear pain. She was thorough in her explanation and let us know exactly what she was looking for during her examination. She was very pleasant and took time to answer all my questions.

Went in for a UTI one week ago got treated. However it didn't clear my symptoms meds were for 5days I call again exactly 1 week to let them know I'm still having symptoms.. called left msgs yest.and no call back..so call again today about 5 times. I even called the 1833 number hoping they can put me through the clinic. Same thing I left multiple msgs. Just so they call me back 20min before they close to say I needed to be seen again. My UTI never cleared up. So is not like this is a new infection. They did tell me it was 2 different bacterias. I got treated for 5days So most likely I needed little longer course. But fine I need to be seen again per clinic protocol I'm ok with that but it would had helped me to know this yesterday the first time I called when there was still time for me to go in. Now of course they dont have openings today. So have to wait till tomorrow. Which I will not follow up here. I will see my pcp. I thought I can give rediclinic a try. Knowing how bad reviews they have. And been an ex employee. I thought things might had changed. But nope I was wrong.

They are super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them. Keep in mind that their resources are limited because it's a small office.

We've used this clinic a few times in the past for Strep issues with my family. I recently visited the clinic because my ear was clogged and I was having trouble hearing. The staff was very personable and professional while getting me checked and irrigating my ears to clear the clog. Dr. Amy took her time making sure I had no issues throughout the process.

I highly recommend this location. I was seen quickly and my provider Amy was very compassionate and caring.
