        Turned furnace off because CO2 alarm went off. I phoned Thermodyn answering service at 5:06 AM. It is 7:30 and no call back.HVAC companies may advertise open 24 hours but I found out it isn't true.

        THERMODYN was the only place that I could find that would sell me a furnace control board. All the supply houses told me I needed to be a contractor with an EPA number to buy anything from them. Thermodyn sold me the part to get my mother's heat back on in -8-degree temperatures. They printed the wiring diagram and advised me on what to look for during installation. Thank you for all your help!

      We apologize that we were not able to assist you within your expected timeline. Our on call technicians have been running call to call since last Friday evening. It is -9 degrees outside, and we do our best to get to everyone as quick as we can. We respond to each and every call in the order they are received. Our office did contact you, but you advised you had already contacted another company. Hopefully, we will be able to assist you in the future if you have any additional need.
