I got into an accident in July. While filing my claim I was told my policy would not go up and nothing would change. Just received my bill and it has gone up $60.00. I had never been notified or agreed to an increase in policy. The communication in this office is lacking and I am very displeased with the quality of customer service.

Would give 10 stars if I could! We switched to allstate about 4 years ago & so happy we did! Everyone at this office is amazing & so nice. I had a car accident in December & my car was paid off & I had a new one by the 2nd week of January! Wonderful customer service & caring agents. We also have homeowners coverage which is great too! Thank you allstate & I will always recommend you for insurance!
