Little Green Garden

I've used them many years and generally pleased with their work. Hard to get in touch with as the answering machine picks up. You need to leave several messages. I was informed today they no longer do irrigation repairs but they will still do opening and closing. Sounds strange because if they open the system and there is a leak, you would need to call another company to do the repair. I'm thinking I may have left too many messages on their answering machine and they no longer want to work for me.

Do not do business with this company..:they do not honor their warranties. After the business changed hands in 2017, things started going downhill and the number of company's clients plummeted. I am told the company could not get good help and refused to respond to repeated phone calls from residential customers and home owners associations. I personally called the company on numerous occasions to remove and replant several arborvitae at my residence that had died but were still under warranty, but I never received a return phone call by the staff or the owner. I would never recommend doing business with this company.

This company does not honor its warranties! I have been trying for six months to have five arborvitae replaced that they planted which subsequently died during the warranty period. I have made repeated phone calls, emails and photos with no response. Our HOA has had similar difficulties in response to warranty issues. The previous professionalism and customer service has declined markedly under the new ownership that changed two years ago. I have heard of similar issues from nearby homeowners and neighborhoods...beware of doing business with this company!

We called Little Green garden to restore our irrigation and unkempt lawn and landscape to a decent shape. We were on a tight budget and we wanted to make sure that the work was done in a timely fashion meeting all of our requirements. Little Green Garden was recommended to us by a friend and we decided to use them even though we don't live close to Knoxville. The owner Matt responded to our call and came by to look at our lawn and provide estimate. He was courteous and respectful and did a quick check to identify our needs. He then suggested quick fixes and his fixed a date to show up with his crew. On the day of the work, the crew showed up on time and got to work quickly. They identified that our irrigation system was completely out due to lack of maintenance, by the previous owner, and they had to identify the location of the valves to replace these completely to get it working. They also mulched the whole garden, removed weeds and planted a couple of trees to spruce up the space and give the lawn a nice polished look. All of this work was done within a day and in budget. Our sprinkler system now works, thanks to Matt and his crew and we could not have asked for a better service at an affordable rate. I would definitely use these guys again.
