Well they have nice RVs but they don't seem to want to sell any our assigned Sales man, Ryan, never would show or tell us anything. There were a couple we were interested in but I am not going to look for a salesperson. Poor business practice.

DON'T even think of buying an RV here. Once you buy, you're on your own if anything goes wrong. We bought our travel trailer here, a new 2022 Keystone Bullet. Took it home. A week later we had rain and about 4 of the windows leaked pretty bad where the RV flooded and it caused damage to the walls, floors, and wood around the beds. We took it back to Lazydays on January 25th. Nothing has been done. We get the run around every time we call. We've made 2 payments on the RV and haven't used it once. Lazydays doesn't care.

I would never buy another RV from this dealership. My class A was purchased here and the awning broke off on a trip (my fault) so I paid to have a new one put on. Because of supply chain issues and the fact that they had ordered the wrong awning my RV was there for 4 months. They finally got it and a punch list of items repaired so I picked up my RV, I did not roll the awning out to inspect their work (huge mistake) My RV sat in covered secured storage for almost a year because I was very busy with my work. When I did finally take it on a trip and rolled the awning out it almost fell off again as there were only about half the screws installed and the ones that were in place were already pulling out. The biggest factor is the awning tube had a big dent in it that could only be seen once rolled out. Matt the service manager refused to replace it even tho it was clear you could not have put that dent in it while it was on the rv and the other shoddy work was very evident. This was a 150,000.00 dollar rv that was purchased at their dealership. I will never purchase here again. Update to my review. I reached out to customer service as requested and never heard back.
