Very disappointed with what was delivered. I ordered a bouquet with daisies & white roses. Daisies are the April birth flower, not to mention there were daisy bouquet options on their website. What was delivered were chrysanthemum daisies not daisies. When i expressed my disappointment I was told via the manager telling the person the phone - well thats all we had. Then I should have been told do that I could change my order. A few stems of mums and 3 roses rolled up with a ribbon. The flowers were not even intermingled in a bouquet format. . Something I could have bought at the grocery store & wrapped in tissue paper. This florist gas been in business for 30-40 years I expected much more. Communication and better presentation. I was asked how can fix it. I said nothing the special moment had passed. Cant get that back. Will be looking for another local florist.

Have used them for sending my daughter flowers for her past two birthdays now. They never miss, she loves them every time. They also send reminders around the time of the occasion which is awesome, especially for us men
