Great customer service, friendly employees, good communication, all helping with a job I had to coordinate remotely for a rental home. They shared pics of the job when finished and even promoted our rental property in social media! I'll work with them again any time I need carpeting done.

I had heard good things about them, but was very unimpressed. They obviously have way too much business and really dont care about any new business. (Just look at their hours and prices) I suggest calling Devon at Mill End carpet across the bridge, they are busy but take the time, and same product considerably less money..

We purchased new carpet for our guest bedrooms, hall and stairs. The service and assistance was exceptional from everyone in this business. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The installation team did a great job!
