Hate it that I have to trash a small biz, but here goes! First, it was a pleasure doing business with this place when we took our busted hot tub motor for repairs about a year ago. It broke down again, so we drove 3.5 hours to take it back for repairs since they are (were) the nearest authorized shop for my brand. Called about 2.5 hours into the drive to confirm that they would be there till the hours on their website. The woman that answered the call informed me that they no longer service the brand I have. When I mentioned that it was still on their website, she said yeah, we need to take that off. I told her that we were driving over 3 hours, and her response was to LAUGH and say you shouldve called. Heres the issuewe were considering purchasing a new hot tub because this was the second breakdown in 2 years. Well, I guess well call before we goSOMEWHERE ELSE. Thanks for the lesson.

Ron is a very nice guy and helpful. But getting him to respond to emails, text, and a showroom visit has been difficult. Love my hot tub but there is a recall on the temperature sensor and other minor issues that he needs to resolve. A call back would be appreciated even if he is busy.

Purchased a hot tub through them January 2021. They were great about getting it out and installing at my house. A year and a half later 2 sensors have gone out. I have been trying to get them out here to service but keep getting ignored. Me and my wife even went to the showroom and was told they would be out there to fix the hot tub in 2 days. Well, Thursday makes two weeks and all I hear is crickets. My wife called last week and was told they would call back but they never do.
