I am working in a business that is serviced by Massey. I have NEVER had a pest control worker be so rude to me. I simply asked if he had sprayed the kitchen? We did not see him go in there. (He apparently sprayed office and kitchen in under 3 minutes) His response was very harsh, Yes, I know how to do my job. I explained that I was not accusing him of anything, I was simply asking a question. He did not apologize nor back down his ruffled feathers. My recommendation of Massey from this experience is DO NOT HIRE!
This interaction validates my choice of another pest service for my home.
