The office staff are great but maintenance are no show and many things needs to be done in the apartment. Been waiting 3+ months for repairs, and like I said, "maintenance are no show".

Been here since July. Move in date was July 9th, 2021. My husband had to work that day so they let him come a day early to sign all the paperwork. I went in on the 9th to sign paperwork and get keys. My apartment was NOT ready and was told to come back. So I left and came back. To come and find out there was a " water leak " in the bathroom they were trying to fix. So left again, came back still not fixed or ready. Was told we could stay in the model apartment till ours was fixed. And they would pay us back for all the power they used ( left all lights on, AC on 65, and left all doors unlocked. ) Finally the 14th came and we could move into our apartment. Had issues since we moved in and still do. Just had to put security cameras in due to 3 kids stealing our packages. Never got our money back for power and all. Would not live here after our lease is up. 1 person in the office is amazing the other lady is rude.
