Book through booking, in theory they already charge the full room service plus taxes, when you arrive they charge you 12 dollars PER NIGHT more and make you pay a deposit of 100/200 dollars. The person who attended us was not friendly at all, he gets angry because you ask him for explanations as to why they charge you 12 or because of the deposit. In the end, the deposit is the least important thing if they notify you when you reserve that they will charge you for that deposit. Obviously I will also complain to Booking.

There was food left on the beds and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. I don't recommend staying in that place.

This places should be shut down it was infested with roaches we arrived to the place at night so we didnt see much until we went inside the rooms. It looked like there was a family next to us that seemed to be living there and as soon as we walked in it looked horrible dirty sheets and tubs were disgusting we got a second room with rug and you could just see all bugs crawling I mean, infested with roaches and bed bugs. DONT EVERRR COME HERE, I cant believe they are still open.

If I could give less than one star, it would be the worst experience in life. The best advice I can give you is never go to this quality inn by the lake hotel, it is a few meters away and it is much better.
