This were you go to get traumatized to get hurt more then you akready were when you came in there taking down reviews to try to show that there a good place but there not thats were you go to get assaulted never heard never seen This place is a place of hell its torture the things I saw the things I experienced was brutal the youth unit was torture it made me more trauma tized more suicidal more scared to get help I needed there were some good staff but most were all rude mean didnt care at all about any of us

The virtual outpatient mental health program is great. I appreciated that they had flexible scheduling options so you can continue work/life and focus on MH at the same time. Everyone I worked with was kind and supportive, I especially appreciated the prescribing doctors who considered my opinion regarding medications. If you are being forced to get treatment of course it wont be a great experience but if you want to get better and take this program seriously it will help you.

IOP adult evening program. The therapists were nice, but Joy the psychiatrist all but dropped me in the end. She was actually made to get into contact with me because she wasnt responding to my various attempts at contact and I finally asked a member of the staff to help me. Once we were in contact she blamed me and ridiculed me for circumstances beyond my control that I was trying to communicate with her but she kept avoiding. Even when I was crying in front her she continued to drill into me leaving me feeling even worse. I also went in with one diagnosis and came out with an old one, no explanation as to why this one made more sense, or if my previous diagnosis was still a possibility. My previous diagnosis was also my reason for entering treatment so this left me very confused. I was given a prescription for medication I requested NOT to be put on as I had an adverse reaction to it years ago and no resources for after treatment which I was promised at the beginning of the program. If it wasnt for my own work that I put in I dont know where I would be had I been offered zero resources in the same mindset I went into that center with. Theres also no outside contact allowed after leaving the program. I made friends, its already difficult enough for me to keep them and it was their policy we cant stay in contact. Anyone who dropped their info would be kicked from the group, real helpful. I definitely dont recommend this place.

This clinic stated that if an employee didn't call to inform the family that he will be discharged to ignore our brothers call stating he will be released and will need to be picked up. We are unsure what day exactly he was discharged or why he was discharged but thanks to this clinic's feedback a family member was not able to be there for him and is now DEAD

Worked here as a nurse for two shifts and quit for ethical reasons. The place needs to be shut down.
