Max the technician who came today deserves 5+ stars for excellent service. He efficiently corrected my Nest thermostat self-install attempt, which had involved over an hour on the phone with Google. He got it powered correctly and then did a full new install on the downstairs unit as well. And he was pleasant and professional. Weve used Glendale Heating before for troubleshooting a freezing line and they were good, but Nest can be tricky and Max was great.

My parents used Glendale Heating services for years & I've utilized their services when I had oil & now that have a gas furnace. So, about 40 years. They are the best in the business. Always professional & helpful. Mark was the technician today. Respectful, thorough, knowledgeable & professional, & a good resource.
