image My husband used this business for his classic car. The price that they quoted us kept getting raised. And the workmanship they did was absolutely incompetent.

image I purchased a 1992 Ford Bronco at a ebay auction. The person that sold the vehicle claimed to be Todd Kirkman, owner of Kirkland Classics. This was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with an ebay auction. The truck was completely misrepresented in the ebay listing including the actual mileage, (carfax showed almost twice the advertised mileage), ownership, (truck was titled to someone else), condition ,( ad claimed "fully restored and everything works". The following is a partial list of what was not working....heat and A/C, gauges, fuel tank filled with rust, axel seals leaking, brake peddle goes to floor, major engine oil leaks, cracked windshield, windshield wipers and a dead battery. Avoid this business and Todd Kirkman

image The most important part of your relationship with a mechanic is trust: trust that the mechanic is not a crook and they will do their best work on your vehicle. You can trust the owner here. He knows the laws that protect you as the consumer, he follows them, and he works with you to meet your goals. And you can expect quality work here! My only complaint is that at the time that my vehicle was here, they seemed to have trouble meeting deadlines. I imagine that varies with the season though.

image I seldom give negative reviews but after a year of stewing on this, I must. It's embarrassing to say that for $8000 I got next to nothing done on my 75 Chevy pickup that I inherited from my dad. Straw that broke the camels back? Well, one of the items fixed/replaced by Kirkland Classics was the brake lines. Today, had to take it in to Les Schwab to have some tire/wheel stuff done and the mechanic working on it said THE BRAKE LINE WAS INSTALLED TOO CLOSE TO THE MUFFLER and about to break. This is only one of MANY frustrating items of shoddy workmanship found. They literally took advantage of us in several ways.... I took the truck to them, locally, thinking I'd get a fair deal, some guidance and my dads truck in working condition...instead, all I got was a large bill, several headaches and more to fix because of them. Very unfortunate and if I could give 0 stars, I would. Shame on you, Kirkland Classics.
