I need to know why my sister's headstone is not placed yet Its been a year next month Paid for 7 months ago Been told it will be soon maybe this week for weeks You even thought and said it was placed Well its not i want to know why Also how would you feel if this was done to 1 of your loved ones Well what i just found out makes me sick this is not ok how would you like to be told your Sister's Headstone is missing Last week my daughter received a call saying i thought you was going to tell me you loved it cuz your Aunts Headstone was just placed Well no it was not My daughter told you it was not she sent you a picture You said i am sorry i was wrong Its placed somewhere and we are looking for it Then she got told no it should be placed next week this was last week She my daughter just got a call saying sorry they have no clue to where it is This is sick and wrong in so many ways My sister's Headstone is on the wrong person Please check your loved ones and make sure its right Please tell me the Procedures to putting a headstone down. I am very upset at this How dare you The Headstone is the very.last part of laying your loved one to rest

I wasnt going to write a review but a couple of months have passed and I am not very happy. I dont even feel like they deserve one star. They keep coming up with excuses as to why my brothers headstone isnt placed yet but they sure got their $5,000.00. They told us it would be in the ground by Memorial Day and now they are saying that the granite wont be here for another 5-6 months. My family is trying to grieve and be at peace but theyre making it very difficult for my family. I think they forgot to put our order in so they are now back peddling. Just be honest with your customers because our loved ones are buried there. Also the staff is horrible to work with. They say they will call you back and never do.

They don't seem to care about the plots east of the main entrance on Combe Rd. Won't respond with anything but that they are short staffed, but the Washington Blvd cemetery and the rest of the one Combe Rd were in better shape than this section.
