From my very first call (spoke with Veronica) this morning to delivery, the entire process with Premier was smooth and easy. Veronica was extremely nice and made my experience with this medical supply company a very pleasant one. She did all the work and stayed in excellent communication with me at all times. She even went as far as to let me know her boss would deliver for me too. That made things even easier. Thank you Veronica for your excellent customer service today and thank you Premier for going that extra mile to deliver.

Needed my breast pump and couldn't make it in. The owner delivered it right to the hospital I was at. Very convenient, friendly, and helpful.

Horrible service!!! Called too see if my ankle brace and cruches would be covered by insurance the lady told me they depending on insurance. I go out of my way and make the trip (40min) and immediately get told that insurance doesn't cover those items. Un-professional and made a bad day worse!
