The worker was very rude to me my friends. Called us poor and gave us dirty looks. We even caught her taking pictures and videos of us and my one friend was a Minor. When my friend bought crystals he found out they were fake. The place was unwelcoming and disappointing. Me and my friends will never return. Update: my youngest friend who was with us said the lady that was there literally tried to chase us down when we were leaving.

Owner is very discriminatory and rude, she judged my kids for being lower class and their friends and was incredibly disrespectful to them my kids came home and nearly cried. Very upset and don't want this to happen to anybody elses kids or just anybody else in general. Disappointed that this was the owner yet who acted this way, very unprofessional

My experience was absolutely horrible and I almost cried me and my friends got called poor and the worker was taking pictures and videos of us and I'M A MINOR...Staff absolutely rude and disrespectful I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Staff is INCREDIBLY rude, and super judgemental I had a horrible experience here. Will not return, which is sad because the products were nice but there's a much better store up the street I'd rather go to because the staff is actually nice. Also some of their items are fire hazards so that's nice
