Don't trust these folks, they do not understand how to file your insurance!! Received a quote to have Root Canal & Crown done after the staff had checked my insurance and assured me that all was covered except for $945. Months after the procedure they inform me that the insurance did not cover everything after all and they expected me to pay another $1100 for it. They ladies in the office quoted the price and told me my portion up front, I paid it on the day I came in for the Root Canal. If they had told me it would have been $2000 up front, then maybe I could have worked something out then or just had the tooth pulled. They checked my coverage before anything was done and gave me a price, which I paid, it isn't my responsibility if they don't know how to verify what insurance covers!! I was told by them that it was covered.
