      image If I could give them a negative number I would. The internet service is very unreliable and the customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Every time I call I am on hold for 25 to 35 minutes before I can talk to someone. Then all get is I’m sorry let me send you another modem. I have 3 right now and none of them work. I keep telling them it’s not the modem but they will not listen.

      image The installation guy didn't bother to check my modem prior to installing to see if it was compatible. They require a VDSL2 modem. A cable modem will NOT work with their services, then waited on hold for almost an hour to reach someone to cancel the service. Wasn't very helpful overall.
