Two area locations, if they don't have something in stock they will check their other store. Prescription delivery is available for a fee. Knowledgeable staff, courteous service. Medical supplies including Oxygen tanks, refills, and equipment. They sell custom compression stockings, sleeves and so on. They have scooters and do scooter repair. They have durable medical equipment like walkers, canes and crutches, bedside commodes, etc.. Walk in respiratory service and on site setup of equipment. This is a locally owned family drug store with great service covering a wide range of health care needs. MUCH better and faster than a chain store.

I am handicapped and had been given fantastic service for 11 years until 2023. 5 months ago new personnel informed me that I would have to go elsewhere for my nebulizer formula because the only woman that knew how to bill Medicare quit. Was forced to go to an out of state company that knows how to bill Medicare.
Last week I tried to buy a bi-pap machine from uptown and was told that their supplier was out of stock and I would have to pay cash and wait 8 weeks for one. Since I have an 8 year old machine going on the blink I was forced to go to another source out of state and buy one that was in stock. When I informed uptown the next day that I purchased from another supplier a woman from uptown called up and "banned" me from purchasing any supplies from them since she had to cancel an order less than 12 ours later from a company that was out of stock and cost her nothing. Two days later I got a telephone call from uptown who wanted my credit card number even though for the last 11 years they billed everything through Medicare. After I refused to give them my credit card number the woman became very nasty and hung up on me. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND WHO EVER DEALS WITH THESE RENEGADES TO BE VERY CAREFULL, ESPECIALLY WITH PAYING WITH CASH OR WITH CREDIT CARDS PRIOR TO RECEIVING YOUR SUPPLIES.

I had a prescription of a heart medication for my dog. I CALLED EVERY pharmacy in kingman. It was hard to get because she is only 10 pounds. Most of the pharmacies told me it was discontinued or they could not order it. I had never used this pharmacy before because our insurance makes us go to Cvs (unfortunately!!). The pharmacist was able to do a compound for me. He was so nice and did everything he could to help when I called. He took his time to research what he could do for me. The compound was so much cheaper then what the pills would be (6x less!!). He ordered it and told me it would be in 72 hours later. I received a text saying it was ready in less then 48 hours! I was so happy and relieved to get her very important medicine! Now that she was prescribed another heart medication, this was my first stop. I had no problem filling this one either. This will be all my pets pharmacy!! The staff were all very nice every time I have been in. I have had her first prescription filled 3 times now. I am very greatful to uptown drug. They have helped keep my baby alive.
