So I currently rent from this property agency and I am very blessed. What do you have been given the opportunity to live in the house that I live in when no one else was willing to give us a chance they did. We're gonna be going on 3 years living in the house that we live in. And renting from premier properties. And they are very respectful, honest and if you have a issue or situation, they are on top of it really fast. I'm gonna recommend this company to anybody who's looking for a place to rent? Or even buy a home, they are the best. And I have rented from almost every company in this town.

Dawn Brannies- was our landlord. We have never received our deposit back. Instead she gives ridiculous charges just so she wont have to pay. We lived there for 6 yrs. Shes charging for lightbulbs, toilet seat covers, charging for window screens (that were shown on her photos), went without heat for over 2 almost 3 months (blamed owner, when it was her responsibility to fix it and then deal with the owner), minor holes in the wall, flooding in the garage, money for yard cleanup (so many weeds) also the fire doors which all of these already needed to be fixed. Never set up a move-out appointment. How do I know we caused all this? (It could all been done after). When we asked for paperwork she sent 2 different prices on both. States we moved out on one day and changed it to another date. Friendly to your face but screws you in the end. All for herself and not her clients!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!
