        I would like to start by saying my in laws had nothing but the upmost respect for Rusty. After his passing they chose other routes for their final planning, now I would like to address Chad for a moment, YOU SIR SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF! To send a text to a grieving widow literally the day after her beloved husband passed away, questioning why she chose not to use your services is the MOST DISRESPECTFUL, DESPICABLE, SELF CENTERED, SELF SERVING thing I have ever seen in my life. SHAME ON YOU SIR!!!
