        Rented a tux. Staff professional. BUT. Jacket didnt fit, adjuster clamp for slacks broken, tie too short. Moral of story, try it all on before you leave with tux. Better yet, just buy a tux.

        Very muted colors and fashions. Really did not see items that I liked. Prices seemed higher than other men's clothing stores.

        We had the most unpleasant experience at the K of P store. We needed a suit for my grandsons confirmation. The salesman barely looked up from his computer when we walked in and promptly told us he wouldnt have anything that would fit him. Now he is 13, size 32/30 pants and I had tried a sports coat size 38 on him over the summer. When I mentioned that I thought he was a 38 he condescendingly told me he was not. He measured him and said he was a 36 short. Looked and found one that I would say was tight. We made an excuse and left. He acted like we had no business being in that store to buy a suit! I have never been treated like that ever in a store! We went to Banana Republic and had a wonderful experience with an interested salesman who acted like it was a pleasure to fit my grandson for a suit, a size 40 short.

        $1000 nightmare: Suit was great loved the suit. I had a wedding on Sunday and I go to get the shirt and iron it and it had a cut in the collar. Okay, no problem, they probably cut the collar with a box cutter taking it out of the box. Annoying that I spent so much and I have to return it, solid exchange, spent more time than I wanted. THEN I get to the wedding and thank goodness I wanted to wear the shoes to the day before dinner because I went to grab them AND THEY GAVE ME TWO DIFFERENT SHOES BOTH LEFT FEET! $140 dollar shoe! Thankfully, i woke up the next day, spent more of my time and ran to the nearest Jose A Bank and exchanged them! But it cost me 9 dollars because of taxes. What a nightmare.I spent $1000 dollars and had the worst experience. Why go to a big company like this, if they literally dont care about ya! Im going to local shops from now on.
