Great service, but the young lady that works at the front desk is rude she doesn't have customers etiquette when I walked into the store she ignored me she acted as though I was not the there.

Went thru this company a year ago for a neighbors window...figured I get mines fixed now! I put down half of the down payment for the windows to be installed and ordered. It has know been going on close to 16days and still no window yet? No call (update) inform it's coming/it's late ???

Called and some lady ser up an appointment with no information given besides they will be out the soonest in a week to FIX my windows. On the day of no one came or called. I called and I asked when someone would be here some very rude guy blurts out a price with no explanation and says it twice very condescendingly. My husband had to speak to them and he clearly didn't care. I told them 2 windows and I had no one come by and look at anything. One of my windows was broken on the inside of my home you only can get to from coming inside which I told them so how do you have a price!?!? Taking my business elsewhere
