The attorneys at BP Law are INCOMPETENT CROOKS! This law firm does not deserve a single star!!! They say what they know you want to hear to collect that initial retainer, they do NOTHING, and continue to charge you for doing absolutely NOTHING. When you complain to the owner of the firm, Mr. Pritchard, he also does NOTHING. Mr. Pritchard does not return calls when he says he will, just like his associate attorneys. They are quick to continuously collect payment, but drag their feet with your case(milking it)! The associate attorney my friend was assigned to (Tim Daniel), has done absolutely NOTHING for the case. He knows NOTHING about the case, yet my friend is continuously asked to upload documents, evidence and questions into the so-called portal just so they can continue to drain his retainer. The documents, evidence and messages are never even reviewed by Mr. Daniel. Every meeting with Mr. Daniel is like starting from scratch, because he knows absolutely nothing about the case because he has obviously not even looked at the documents, notes, and messages he has charged for uploading. As you can see in the responses to these reviews, the owner is mainly responding to the fake positive reviews(there is NO WAY those reviews are true). The very few responses to the negative reviews don't offer a single apology to their clients. There is no ownership for mistakes by this law firm. They will blame you or someone else for their mistakes, and still charge YOU. Mr. Pritchard himself is rude and unprofessional. BP Law doesn't care one bit about their clients cases. Their mode of operation is to collect retainers, and then milk their clients if they can, or drop from representing them after collecting the retainer. Many clients, as my friend, continue to pay this firm in hopes that their case will finally begin to move forward. Sadly, it appears that the nightmare continues to get worse with this law firm. BEWARE! BRET PRITCHARD LAW IS A MONEY MAKING SCAM!

Called said be 2 hours late to court then didn't call back or answer calls paid 5 k and he used it as $50 a text msg he never responded to and $250 a phone call msg he never called back or answered just listen to And on final hearing didn't even show up and still sent me a bill for court are u serious Do not use idk why any one would trust this man with your money office staff great bit they can't even explain why he never shows up or he had an emergency every time u called or why he never showed up wish I could send him my bill for loss of time and wages and the fact I had no lawyer when he said o I got this and how he's aggressive and will speak his mind to the judge yes real aggressive at take ur money and run nnnnnnnnn.

Great Law Firm. Staff was great. They worked fast on my daughter's case and did an excellent job. Would recommend them to anyone.
