We bought hurricane shutters from them in 2014 . We noticed after a year there were bubbles in the paint on all the shutters. After leaving numerous voicemails to Trish. We got no response. So then my husband went in person to speak with her. He had to go three or four times in person and was promised every time that they would take them down and send back to be repainted. It has never happened. That started in Jan 2016 and now in Feb 2018 we still have bubbly shutters. I would not recommend anyone use this company for hurricane shutters! Lisa Kaylor

We wanted to have 3 shutters placed on our house and we went by, placed the order, paid the deposit and picked out the color. They originally said 6 weeks and about that time I checked in and they apparently lost the order, reordered them and they came in the wrong color. The office seems very disorganized and the communication was terrible. We finally got the refund check after multiple mistakes and guess what, it was made out to someone else! We went with Full Tilt and they were cheaper and we had them installed in weeks. Jonathan is great from Full Tilt and check them or for your shutter needs.

Very Unprofessional! The gentleman that called to give me an estimate told me that since he was speaking with a "woman" he wanted to explain things to me in terms of buying shoes... What a moron. HAHA . Needless to say.. They did not win our business.
