On our way to visit Key West my son broke his glasses at the airport. The following day we were able to stop in and they were able to replace the nose piece and fix the hinge so we could enjoy our vacation. No charge. So comforting with all the other issues we had encountered in our trip. Grateful and so appreciative!

On vacation and broke one of the temple pieces at the hinge. Cannot be repaired but, using a length of shrink wrap was able to reattach it. Great service.

Monica is EXTREMELY rude. When inquiring about exam costs and staying I was shocked they were more expensive than the more reputable eye center and questioned to ask if it were a different exam and I said thank you she just hung up. Then when I called back because I am trying to figure out what exam I need and all costs UPFRONT. I asked if she hung up on me and she argued a bit and told me to go to Oppenheimer and hung up again. All I need is a cost of an exam for a contact lens for reading. I have an current eye exam and script for reading glasses. When she said the price was DOUBLE of the nicer Oppenheimer (which everyone knows is expensive) of course I was inquiring what was included. Way to go Monica. My insurance may have coverage with you all but Ill still pay less with the others and WONT be subject to your rudeness!
