By far the best charter captain I have fished with. My dad and I have fished with Captain Brian a handful of times and will certainly be back. He is as knowledgeable as they come. Whether it be the target species, the complex waters making up the keys, the local ecosystem or even a good place to grab food and some cold beers after a long day, Brian knows his stuff. He will not cut corners and will do whatever it takes to get his customers on the fish. He knows how to work with experienced anglers but his low key (see what I did there) demeanor and coaching can be inviting to first timers. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed.

Capt Brian is a high quality fishing guide. He knows his water and knows where to go to put the angler on fish. He has excellent advice and solutions to improve your fishing techniques. He’s also a pleasure to hang out with.

Captain Brian Stilley put two Oklahomans with no saltwater fishing experience into some serious fish on cloudy conditions, including a tarpon on a fly rod. Highly recommended and will definitely book again in the future. Beautiful boat as well!

An absolutely fantastic day on the water. Brian is a class act. He put us on the fish and provided excellent teaching for landing species we had not caught before - tarpon and bonefish! I will fish with him again. You should too.

My husband and I booked a flats fishing charter in Key West, FL, with Low Key Angling with the high hopes of landing a few bonefish and tarpon. We knew being the first part of July we were on the tail end of the tarpon fishing season, but boy did Captain Brian deliver. We caught a bonefish on the first cast and we never slowed down from there. The last cast of the day ended up being the icing on the cake. My husband hooked a tarpon on rod and reel and fought that guy for about a hour. We got the enjoyment of seeing blacktip sharks, barracuda, sea turtles, rainbow runners, and a verity of other type of fish you can only find in the shallows of the mangroves. Low Key Angling delivered on an epic flats fishing trip, but Captain Brian went above and beyond on his knowledge of the region. We will do this fishing trip again!
