First phone call Al answered the phone. Al said he would be there within a half an hour and he showed up early. Al went to work for me right away that day. Al diagnosed the problem as he showed me exactly where and why the problem was existing with a full explanation of services that needed to be performed. His pricing was very fair and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I am a 27 year resident of the Florida Keys since February 1994. I have done business with all of the upper keys pest control companies and none of them ever did what they said they would do like Oceanside Al did. Al is the new go to pest control company for me and he is the recommended choice for anyone I know that needs his service. The absolute Best exterminator/pest control you can find. Palmetto bugs, Carpenter ants, anything you can imagine, Al took care of everything. The carpenter ants were gone by the next morning! By far the best customer service, and definitely the most knowledgeable, professional “bug guy” we have ever come across. If you’re looking for pest control in the keys, you can’t go wrong with Oceanside.
