        Our trash was not picked up this week and we were told by their office to call another company that they are apparently subletting their business too. I called them they said they would come get our trash and yet it still sitting here and we're now 5 days after our trash pickup. We run a business from our home and this is not okay. It's also now Friday so we're talking two more days as trash is going to have to sit out there and we live on a rural road so the odds of something wild getting a hold of it's pretty high at this point. This is the fourth time I've had to call because someone hasn't picked up our trash and it's starting to get a pretty good bit ridiculous.

        They have their system all messed up. Made the mistake of paying in advance and now they’re claiming my bill not only behind but overdue by six months. Which is absurd. Can’t get in contact with them either.
