Suppose to be able to drop empty trailer in the door and grab the loaded one and go. No bill of lading easy to get to or place to leave it after signing, a kingpin lock on a supposedly loaded trailer preventing the driver from checking the back for the bills. No after hours number to call to get things moving. If you have the choice and you won't get here before they close skip these loads altogether.
