Installer was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and services. He helped me with advice about where the fence would work best. I have had them place 2 Dog fences at my 2 different houses and 1 at my sons. I love how they worked with my dogs so they knew what it was, and when I have had question about something that may not be acting correctly they where happy to help me and even came out to check it. I have had them for over 8 years and I trust them with all my dogs I don't have to worry about them getting in the road are someone else yard.
