So let's talk pools! It's darn near impossible these days to get pool services performed. Before Covid19 we had decided to get our liner from a local pool shop. When we were ready to get it going found out that they decided not to reopen.🙁 I spent weeks trying to find someone to replace our in ground pool liner. This was so frustrating either they didn't call back (at least 4 companies) or they wouldn't come to our area. Many of the numbers from the web we're no longer in service.
Now let's talk about Splash Pools!! I called and spoke to Matt he was honest upfront. He told me that it would be 5-6 weeks due to the current work load but said he could get it done. I sent gentle reminders and he always responded with fun but encouraging replies. Look this process had it's delays and moments of disappointments but we knew it was not because they weren't trying!!! Covid19 is playing a huge role in everyone's lives these days (factory closure due to Covid cases) ours is no exception. Matt never blamed anyone and truly felt bad about the delay. He was honest and kept us informed.
His crew are very polite and professional. They came measured (who knew that took forever)😂. Finally the liner was coming.... The crew was back taking out the old liner and preparing for the new one!!! The next day Matt and crew we're here first thing and it was finally happening!! New liner looks great and we could not be happier!!!
Look I've learned that sometimes you've got to step back and look at the big picture!! The pool industry is a busy one but if your patient and sometimes persistent you'll find the right fit for your pool!! Might I suggest Splash Pools!!! Thanks Matt!!! I'll miss the GIFs!!

Gave splash pools another chance. 3 years into my new pool, I hired them to open my pool. They sent 2 x 19 year old kids to my pool. Because there were leaves on top of the cover, instead of getting them off, they took it upon themselves to dump it into the pool and then proceeded to drain my pool to within 1 foot deep. This created all types of wrinkle issues. I turned the corner and was like OMG and the girl was like "Do you have a F**** lighter for my cigarette. " Epilogue, 10 years later, trying to find another pool service to open my pool. Called 2 weeks, made the appointment for them to come out this weekend. They never showed and never returned any of my calls. I guess I deserve it for offering a second chance. I cannot give a lower recommendation. Stay away from them
