Well now our recycling can gets moved and put in front of our driveway blocking it so you have to stop in the road to move it or its 30 ft from where it was blocking where other people park. We have like a 20ft place between ours and neighbors driveway where we have been putting our cans for over 25 yrs and now this is happening. The driver picks up the can and is moving while it's dumping it. Have called at least 6 times now, was told the driver is supposed to put it right back where it's picked up and are not supposed to be moving while the can is dumping by the supervisor.

If I could leave a zero I would. City of Kent chooses them as their contract company but they are awful. Always delayed and extra charges everywhere. Hidden in their "contract of service". Just got charged 9 dollars per extra garbage bag after I requested two additional pickups ( on my dime) and was denied due to short staffing both times. And told to just put my extras out for pickup at regular time. After doing that I received a 300 dollar bill. After talking to a supervisor, still waiting on a manager to call back to supposedly reverse these charges. I won't hold my breath. Hopefully city of Kent fires them soon

They forgot to pick up my garbage /recycling /compost three weeks in a row. I had to schedule individual pickups with the customer service rep. They don't provide credits when they fail to pick it up. Services: Yard debris removal, Hazardous waste removal & disposal, Junk removal, Trash removal & disposal

Brought the wrong size recycling bin, missed the pickup 3 times now and still have not picked up the small bin despite it being out on the street with a giant remove sign like they asked. Its just embarrassing. And now I have to call them for at least tue fifth time to find out whats going on.
