This is an amazing gem of a business. The longtime local owner is on site and backs up all his work. Very trusted in the community and extremely helpful . I was having trouble with a newly purchased sofa The material was wearing /piling & the salespeople did not know why. Even though I did not use his repair service(yet!) Mr. Earl took the time to thoroughly explain rub count and how different materials react. Pro Tip: If you need stainguard, do it yourself. Its the exact same stuff , instead of paying $500 like I did. Stop by and see Mr. Earl , you wont be sorry, excellent customer service!

This was an EASY 5 Stars! The proprietor, Earl, was an absolute pleasure to talk to. What's more, he is a rare find these days with honesty, integrity, and fantastic customer service. I didn't actually have him complete any work for me, but I did purchase foam and material for an easy do-it-yourself project. He didn't try to discourage or upsell me. ALL those things are priceless in my opinion. We will definitely go back.

A RARE honest business in Kent. In and out quick and affordable service and the staff was extremely friendly. I think this place might actually be too good for the area.

This is a little shop in Auburn that has been there for...decades?  They are my go to place for upholstery.  Their work is incredible and their prices are very good.  They have done our 1973 living room furniture and our '80s kitchen furniture and a number of projects on our boat.Earl, the owner, is the greatest guy to work with.  I highly recommend them.

The family that runs this place is awesome. Great customer service, good quality products, and excellent workmanship. They are good old fashioned craftsman!!!
