Moving sucks, but I wanted to take a minute and share my recent move experience with Ace Relocation Systems. Moving from Tacoma to Bonney Lake, into a third-floor apartment without an elevator could have been a stressful endeavor, but thanks to the exceptional service provided by John and Brian and my move consultant, Tracie, it was an absolute breeze. Their efficiency and quick work made the entire process so much easier than I had anticipated. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They handled my belongings with care and ensured that everything was safely transported to my new place without any hiccups. Despite the challenges of moving into a third-floor apartment, they tackled the task with ease and a positive attitude. I cannot express enough gratitude for their hard work and dedication in making my move such a smooth and stress-free experience. Their professionalism and expertise truly made all the difference, and I am incredibly grateful for their outstanding service.

Second time Ive used this relocation company and both time everything was extremely well packed and shipped. Nothing broken in either trip and the driver was very accommodating to our arrival day! Extremely professional as well.
