I've had 2 roofs done by Northwest Roof Service Inc. One in North Tacoma, the other in Lacey. And each time, they did an excellent job. They were on time, and they completed the jobs in a timely manner and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. Highly recommended.

Northwest Roof is a very professional, upstanding and reliable company. We have utilized their service with several rental properties and have never had a complaint. We will continue to use them as a preferred vendor when the need arises. Great company and employees. I pick 5 stars for this business. I didn't have my house repaired, I just know that a company is about its employees and is only as good as its employees. I left my lights on in a store parking lot a few days ago and was quietly frantic. Geico is so sick of me. I was nose in and next to a curb and couldn't push it out enough to do any good. I carry jumper cables and had 5$ to spare. 10 min or so of stress and I saw somebody getting into his truck. It was a big , nice truck so I equated it with power. The guy probably was late for dinner, I knew and might just say no, but I felt desperate and willing to try. I hurried towards him and took the chance, waving my 5$ bill. And, (asked his name later), Jason was so kind. I felt as though he understood and he took the time and energy to hook me up and SAVE me hours and embarassment. I recognized that his truck had a sign on it-Northwest Roofing Service and I thanked him again.
I cannot think of a better way for anyone to represent an eployee or show their own kindness.
