Not happy with what we saw in the photo area in this store. A young man sitting on a stool with his feet on the counter eating a bag of chips. Very unprofessional and disgusting. Didnt get his name but just not right.

My daughter ended up slipping near our car due to ice being on the ground and hopefully and fortunately she hasn't complained on anything hurting yet although thankfully it was seen and caught on camera. Shouldn't Walgreens or whomever does their parking lot have salt down to make sure their customers don't slip and hurt themselves? We could have avoided this issue although she insisted in getting her candy canes at Walgreens with her family.

New latest* I called to see if my scripts were ready still or had been put bk and the guy was rude asking me if I have the app!!?? I said it's not always accurate. He was just lazy and rude.
Original post* Called to get my refills pharmacist was very rude! Said they could transfer script but it was going to be a while. That was fine. She couldn't give me time estimate eventually said 2 hrs! Very rude and poor customer service!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy! Several times there was no pharmacist on duty so I couldn't get prescriptions filled. The other day I waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru pharmacy only to get up to the window and find out they closed due to staffing shortage. There were cars behind me too. The least they could have done was send someone outside and tell us they wouldn't be able to help us instead of making us wait for all that time. I will be changing pharmacies because this is unacceptable business practices.

Scripts are in Walgreens own words first come first serve. That was 4 days ago still not in stock. They refuse to increase their order size and run out weekly. Its an embarrassment of an establishment and would encourage all others to avoid a location like this that puts the customer last.
