Do yourself a favor and go with any other propane company. Ive been a loyal customer for 10 years and this year I was billed $500 for not buying enough gas. When I looked into I was told this is a new policy they just started and was told it was in the fine print of an e mail they sent me. 2 years ago I had an employee rupture the diaphragm in my regulator doing a pressure check of the gas line. By the time I found out it was leaking outside I had lost 200 gallons and was told this is not there problem and I would have to buy a new regulator at my cost and they wont do anything about the propane loss. This is a horrible company thats looking to empty your bank account by any means necessary

Complete joke I am a restaurant owner have ran us out of gas twice in the last 3 months costing us thousands. No one is in the office so you have to go through people that do not speak English. Ran out of propane at 1pm today and nobody came out to fill us. Needless to say I will never deal with this company again.

They are the worst. Do not order from them. They are never on time. Paid for gas on Feb 16 and it is now March 2nd and no gas. Was told will be delivered by Feb 23. Called customer service 2 times now and they put us on expedited for the next day and did not show. We are now down to 3 percent and will probably run out which means they will want us to miss work so they can come in and re-light our pilots. After this fill up that we already paid for we are dumping them

If you are unfortunately renting your tank from this company, your getting robbed blind. Highest prices for propane in the area. Leak check fee is more than double the next cheapest company. When you call to talk to customer service it sends you to a call center. 50/50 shot you can actually understand the person on the other end. Watch out for hidden fees they don't tell you about upfront.

We have called and called fog delivery and still have not got our propane. Last time they came eight days after they told us the date they promised. This time it has been the date they said was fifteen days ago , no gas yet.
