Mr. Kendall, We are at a loss as to what happened here. We investigated your transaction. We tried to contact you through your phone number on file but no one returned our call.You arrived in our yard at 2:40 pm. You parked your truck at the far end of our parking lot where you proceeded to a outdoor display before you came to our counter. You entered our sales counter area at 2:42 pm. Our employee proceeded to take your order and payment and we have you leaving the counter at 2:47 pm. We did not see anything that showed that there was any kind of problem with your transaction. Once you were in your car you proceeded to bin #6 where the 1" Aztec gravel is located. We looked at your invoice to confirm this and you indeed did purchase 1" Aztec gravel and not limestone. You were loaded at 2:55 pm by our loader after he went to switch load buckets and was the last load of the day. So in total you were at our yard for a combined 15 minutes. We do not understand why you would say that you purchased one item when it was another and also why you would compare our price to our competition on a product you did not purchase? I looked at previous purchase history and this was the only product that you have bought from our company. Our limestone price is in fact lower than Site Ones so again we are not sure why you would say what you did in this post. We do stop loading 15 minutes prior to officially closing but we do make exceptions as well. We are not sure what the motivation is for your post!
