Dont do anything with this company. I called to ask a question and the first thing they said is "how is this going to benefit me".

Owner/operator not friendly at all and just let money walk out of his shop. Unless you’re wanting to do what he wants, he’s not interested. I had all of my equipment, I just wanted to pay labor for the installation of 2 amps, and a line-out converter (which I was going to purchase from him). I wasn’t looking for any warranty, on the install as I already owned the products. Years ago I had him do the same thing and it wasnt a problem, so I was a return customer, I even told him this, but he was quite rude and acted like he didn’t have time for me. Isn’t this a car audio business? I know he knows his stuff, but I’m not a novice to this, and I’ve owned many setups in the past. I called Crank It Up and not only were they friendly as usual, but they didn’t flinch on what I was asking to have done. I’ve always had good experiences at Crank It Up, I just thought I’d try this guy again because he was closer. Never again 👎🏻👎🏻 3/19/19: Haha just saw the owner’s reply to my original post. Just more evidence that this guy is bad business... His response didn’t even align with what transpired between us. He’s obviously thinking I was someone else that he had an issue with, which says even more about him. I never asked him to work for “free”, nor did I argue the price. He flat didn’t want to help me. Additionally, there was nothing I needed to “fix”. All I wanted was my amp installed. What a clown.
